Senior Manager, Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead
As a Senior Manager and Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead, you will guide clients through the complexities of Oracle Human Capital solutions, leveraging your skills in business application consulting to drive impactful results. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will act as a strategic advisor, utilizing your professional knowledge and industry networks to deliver quality outcomes. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to validate project success. This role involves developing high-performing teams, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, and applying sound judgment to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide teams in the strategic planning and execution of Oracle HCM solutions to meet client needs.
- Utilize skills in Oracle Application Development Framework and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to enhance system functionality.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address human capital management challenges.
- Develop and oversee the deployment of scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for workforce transformation.
- Promote the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in Oracle HCM implementations.
- Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle HCM frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing human resources processes and improving organizational performance.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 7 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Preference for a Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in one of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or Management Information Systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and related modules.
- Experience leading complex Human Capital Management transformations.
- Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for analytics.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with strategic questioning and storytelling.
- Application of rapid experimentation techniques in workforce technology solutions.
- Excellence in change management and employee relations investigations.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
