About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services team.
Responsibilities
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services for partnerships across various client types
- Advise on transaction calculations, partner economics, and tax distributions
- Lead multidisciplinary teams focused on high-quality partnership reporting and industry-specific solutions
- Manage client portfolios, oversee risk, engagement performance, and budgets
- Ensure technological and process improvements
- Provide leadership and client management
- Stay current on tax practices and technology advancements
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience in partnership tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree
- Licensed CPA, Enrolled Agent, or J.D./LL.M. (or ability to obtain within one year)
