Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the integrated talent and performance management strategy.
- Align performance evaluation with talent reviews and succession planning.
- Partner with leadership on enterprise talent reviews.
- Own the design and governance of the performance management framework, including the full process and calibration.
- Drive accountability, differentiation, and development.
- Partner with HRMS teams to optimize systems.
- Translate business requirements into system enhancements.
- Develop dashboards and analytics.
- Provide strategic recommendations.
- Standardize and document processes.
- Ensure scalability and governance.
- Lead change strategies and adoption planning.
- Develop communication strategies for talent cycles.
- Advise leadership on talent strategy.
- Execute talent programs, including mentorship.
- Manage vendors.
- 7–10+ years of experience in talent and performance management.
- Strong HRMS/HRIS experience.
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Proven change management leadership.
- Strong stakeholder influence and executive presence.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience working independently, as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment.
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively communicate with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Possess strong presentation skills.
- Deliver engaging presentations to various audiences.
- Possess strong writing and editing skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possess proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Maintain ability to travel to other offices.
- Possess experience with SuccessFactors.
