Senior Manager of Procurement Operations
Full-time role with up to 20% travel.
About the role
As a Senior Manager of Procurement Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving cost savings and operational efficiency within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on executing, managing, and optimizing purchasing processes, ensuring the organization obtains quality goods and services at competitive prices. Your efforts will contribute significantly to enhancing supplier relationships and streamlining procurement operations.
In this role, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver impactful results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment to navigate challenges. You will also craft clear and engaging messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement operations to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices
- Implement procurement strategies and optimize purchasing processes
- Utilize procurement software to streamline purchase order management and monitor contractual compliance
- Conduct cost analysis and business requirements analysis to support procurement decisions
- Facilitate contract lifecycle management and vendor risk management to mitigate potential risks
- Coach and motivate teams to solve complex procurement challenges and enhance service delivery
- Apply systems thinking to identify opportunities for procurement process improvement
- Engage in strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful messages and align procurement goals with organizational objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to validate outcomes and act on feedback
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
