About the role
The Finance & Accounting Team is responsible for ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization, supporting general accounting, planning, and financial reporting.
- Support general accounting, planning, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
Responsibilities
The Program Success team partners with schools and districts to help educators unlock the full potential of every learner. Through thoughtful use of technology and data analytics, they provide support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes for all students.
- Partner with schools and districts to implement and optimize educational programs
- Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and track progress
- Develop and deliver training sessions for educators on best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine programs
- Monitor program effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements
This role is built for engineering leaders — people whose careers have been defined by writing code, leading engineers, and shaping the direction of product development. You should have a strong background in software engineering, project management, and a passion for education technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field
- Experience leading a team of engineers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
