Responsibilities
- Prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnote disclosures, and analyze publicly available disclosure and metrics to ensure alignment of external reporting with industry practices.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial results and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and support period-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses.
- Support accounting, documentation, and reporting for hedging transactions.
- Maintain stock-based compensation-related records and prepare related journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Research accounting literature and apply technical standards from new accounting pronouncements to produce position papers, accounting policies and procedures.
- Lead or participate in resolution of complex business issues and transactions, including debt and equity transactions, stock-based compensation, and business combinations.
- Assist with the accounting for merger and acquisition activities, both pre- and post-closing of the transaction.
- Provide support for key strategic projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Active CPA license.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience; financial analysis desirable.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and proven ability to research, interpret, and apply complex accounting guidance.
- High level of initiative, ownership, accountability, and professional judgment.
Preferred
- Big 4 public accounting or related large public company experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with SEC reporting and IPO readiness.
- M&A transaction experience, including purchase accounting and integration.
- Experience in accounting for equity grants and stock-based compensation.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Shareworks, and Workiva.

Pay Range
USD $105,800.00 - USD $180,200.00 /Yr.
