The Manager of Data & Analytics is responsible for leading the organization's Data & Analytics team, delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade data solutions that enable business decision-making and support the company's digital and AI strategy. This role provides leadership across people management, delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, data engineering, business intelligence, and continuous innovation. The Manager of Data & Analytics will lead a team of data engineers, analytics developers, BI developers, and contractors while partnering closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and AI teams to ensure data platforms are modern, governed, scalable, and AI-ready. This leader is expected to cultivate a culture of accountability, engineering excellence, continuous learning, and innovation while ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise standards.
