Responsibilities
- Own financial modeling for sales compensation plans, quantifying the cost of sales and payout structures
- Conduct scenario analysis on proposed compensation plans for executive sign-off
- Manage the Rep Ramped Equivalent (RRE) methodology linking corporate targets to quotas and hiring plans
- Forecast commission expenses based on various business metrics and analyze its effectiveness
- Create executive-level presentations that communicate complex analyses in a clear and actionable way
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field
- 6+ years in Sales Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance, focusing on compensation, quota, capacity, or commission modeling
- Mastery of SaaS GTM metrics like bookings, ACV, and cost of sales
- Expertise in creating scalable financial models from ambiguous inputs
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority
