Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of brand partnerships and collaborations that elevate brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Manage partnerships from concept through execution, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate closely with internal Creative, Influencer, Social, PR, Retail, E-Commerce, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution across all touchpoints.
- Develop strategic briefs, presentation decks, and executive recaps for leadership.
- Stay highly informed on cultural trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Support special projects, launches, experiential activations, and global brand moments as needed.
- Mentor and support junior team members while fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented working environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships and collaborations within fashion, beauty, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record managing high-profile partnerships and cross-functional campaigns from ideation through execution.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, consumer engagement strategies, and culturally driven storytelling.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in executing activations and IRL marketing experiences, from maintaining vendor relationships to managing creative production timelines.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hightly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Keynote.
- Passion for fashion, culture, innovation, and the SKIMS brand.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with fashion, sportswear, entertainment, or licensing partnerships.
- Background in global or multi-market brand activations.
- Experience working within high-growth consumer or fashion brands.
- Existing network across agencies and brand partnership ecosystems.
