Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire distributor partners to execute brand strategies for growth
- Align distributor teams to strategic priorities and ensure performance against goals
- Build strong relationships as the primary point of contact for distributors
- Monitor performance using data tools to identify opportunities
- Lead demand forecasting, pricing execution, and financial performance metrics
- Contribute to annual and long-range planning, setting key performance indicators
- Coach and develop Market Managers to foster a high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 8-10+ years of relevant sales leadership experience, preferably in wine & spirits or consumer goods
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity
- Willingness to travel up to 40%

$139,500 – $174,400 annually
