Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Retail Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in project management, retail development, operations, or luxury retail.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in boutique development, retail expansion, store openings, hospitality, or luxury environments strongly preferred.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
- Experience with project planning and governance tools.

Pay
Expected salary range: $130,000 to $150,000 plus incentives.
