Role Overview
We are seeking a Member Lifecycle Lead to evolve our engagement engine from manual campaigns to a sophisticated, automated growth and engagement ecosystem. The successful candidate will own the roadmap for how communications drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Create sophisticated segmentation and trigger-based flows within our email platform (e.g., High-risk member outreach, transactional/operational messaging)
- Forecast & analyze: Own the methodology for enrollment forecasting. Develop initial enrollment projections and track performance against benchmarks
- Lead marketing strategy in client meetings, attend meetings, and collaborate with the Client Success team on engagement strategy
- Bridge Product & Communications: Collaborate with Product and Data teams to integrate clinical risk stratification and app-based interactions into marketing triggers, ensuring the right members receive the right communications at the right time
- Manage Open Enrollment season strategy: Oversee the complete strategy for the Open Enrollment season, encompassing coordination of employer on-site events, event attendance, and the creation of both digital and print materials
- Prove the ROI: Establish an attribution framework to measure how member marketing drives Firefly's core clinical and financial KPIs
Qualifications
- Braze expert: Demonstrated track record of using Braze (or similar tools) to drive measurable conversion and retention
- Scrappy & strategic: Startup mentality combined with executive presence
- Data-driven: Proficient in Looker/Excel and comfortable pulling lists and conducting A/B test analysis
- Healthcare savvy: Understanding of the nuances of the healthcare landscape, including PHI, OE cycles, and member engagement challenges
