    • Translate complex scientific evidence into clear, credible communications tailored for consumers, healthcare professionals, and retail partners.
    • Ensure all scientific outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned to the intended communication objectives, supporting broader business goals such as trust, engagement, and appropriate product understanding.
  • Revenue & Demand Generation Enablement
    • Partner with Innovation, Brand and Sales to deploy science that increases sell-in, shelf conversion, and eCommerce performance.
    • Develop shopper-facing, bite-sized education that improves purchase confidence at point of sale.
    • Enable omnichannel activation of science across retail, digital, and media touchpoints.

    • Translate complex science into bite-sized, high-impact content that drives behavior change and purchase intent.
    • Ensure all content ladders to defined business outcomes (conversion, engagement, trust).
    • Leverage digital and AI-enabled formats to expand reach, personalization, and effectiveness.
  • Thought Leadership & Category Authority
    • Establish Pharmavite as a visible, trusted scientific authority in priority categories.
    • Translate emerging science and trends into actionable opportunities for growth and differentiation.

    • Proactively communicate how MSC drives growth, differentiation, and market influence to senior leadership.
    • Establish and track clear success metrics for all initiatives, ensuring visibility and accountability for impact.
    • Ensure the team consistently operates with a mindset of outcome ownership vs. activity execution.
    • Take accountability for connecting scientific work to enterprise priorities—without deferring ownership.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
    • Build and lead a high-performing MSC team focused on business impact, not just scientific output.
    • Establish best-in-class tools, frameworks, and processes to scale science translation across the organization.
    • Drive a performance culture with clear KPIs tied to commercial outcomes.
    • Manage budget, resources, and prioritization aligned to highest-value business opportunities.
