Senior Manager - Managed Care

Key Responsibilities Develop, draft, and interpret contract language, including reimbursement terms.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve department and organizational goals.Apply extensive Managed Care industry knowledge, with understanding of hospital and insurance sectors. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of five years of contracting experience.At least three years working with hospital, professional services, ancillary facilities, or specialty networks.Strong technical, financial, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of contract development, legal language, and reimbursement processes.Ability to work effectively in a collegial, multi-stakeholder environment.
