Responsibilities

• Directs, manages, and holds accountable all maintenance employees.
• Directs and implements all maintenance programs for building and machinery in an orderly, efficient, and professional manner.
• Keeps accurate records of department activities and budgets.
• Assures the operation of safe and functionally sound machinery.
• Directs all major equipment rebuilding and overhauls.
• Works with government regulatory agencies, or other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing engineering required or related field required
• High School Diploma (or GED) additional experience (see below) required
• Strong understanding of the plant production systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, water handling, mechanical, automation etc.
• Strong knowledge of industry maintenance standards for manufacturing of food grade products
• 4+ years of leadership experience in managing teams of Maintenance associates.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in managing teams of Maintenance associates
• KO KORE and ISO quality standards in a soft drink environment
• SAP preventive maintenance module
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and food safety requirements
