Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to identify development needs
  • Design and deliver tailored learning experiences for sales roles
  • Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning within the organization
  • Evaluate program effectiveness against business goals
  • Utilize data analytics to inform and improve learning solutions
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to adapt programs for diverse learners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of L&D experience, ideally in fast-paced environments
  • 3+ years leading an L&D team
  • Expertise in sales learning and development for role-based capability
  • Proficient in adult learning theory and blended learning approaches
  • Strong data analytics skills for program evaluation
  • Experience in healthcare or related industries preferred

Pay

$119,000 – $119,000 annually
