Responsibilities

- Utilize data analytics to inform and improve learning solutions
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to adapt programs for diverse learners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of L&D experience, ideally in fast-paced environments
- 3+ years leading an L&D team
- Expertise in sales learning and development for role-based capability
- Proficient in adult learning theory and blended learning approaches
- Strong data analytics skills for program evaluation
- Experience in healthcare or related industries preferred
Pay
$119,000 – $119,000 annually
