What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the internal communications strategy for a broad portfolio of business functions, including, but not limited to, Social Impact, Facilities, Safety & Security, Finance, Technology, Strategy, and Marketing—aligning with enterprise goals and defining how key initiatives are communicated across the organization.
- Partner with and advise senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, shaping communications approaches for high-impact initiatives and translating complex work into clear, compelling messaging that drives awareness, understanding, and action.
- Define and drive messaging standards across departments and business units, establishing best practices for voice, tone, and narrative.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic communications plans that highlight business impact and strengthen team member connection to company priorities.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of the company-wide newsletter, preparing content to celebrate achievements, showcase key initiatives, and reinforce culture.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Employer Brand to align internal and external messaging and amplify Programming news and industry recognition internally.
- Report on and analyze internal communications metrics, including engagement, sentiment, and channel performance, leveraging insights to continuously refine communications strategies and improve outcomes.
- Manage internal communications processes and operating rhythms, driving efficiency and scalability across planning and execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional partners, helping elevate communications effectiveness across the organization.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience in internal communications or related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communications plans that support diverse business functions and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with an execution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience effectively engaging, influencing, and establishing trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
