Senior Manager Integrations

The Manager of Integration & Software Engineering leads the Integration & Automation team, delivering reliable solutions that connect business applications, streamline processes, and enable digital transformation. This role encompasses leadership in people management, stakeholder engagement, technical delivery, solution engineering practices, and enterprise integration architecture, while driving engineering excellence and AI readiness.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & People Management: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Manage employees, contractors, workload, priorities, and performance. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top technical talent. Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-training.
• Solution Delivery & Project Management: Lead integration, API, workflow, and automation initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor project progress, and ensure successful deployments and operational support.
• Integration Engineering, APIs & Workflow Automation: Design, configure, deliver, and support solutions using Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Power Apps, Power Automate, and C# components. Develop centralized integration standards, reusable patterns, and frameworks. Promote API-first and event-driven patterns. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Technical Leadership: Drive best practices in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and platform delivery. Promote GitHub, CI/CD, QA standards, and automated deployments. Implement centralized logging, monitoring, and operational reporting. Challenge the team to build enterprise-grade solutions while minimizing technical debt.
• Innovation & AI Readiness: Identify opportunities for integration, workflow, and AI improvements. Ensure platforms support AI initiatives. Evaluate emerging technologies and develop team skills through training and certifications.
• Vendor & Platform Management: Manage vendor relationships, platform licensing, upgrades, and roadmap planning. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to align integration strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, APIs, workflow automation, low-code platforms, or technology solution delivery.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors.
• Strong experience with Workato, Azure Integration Services, APIs, GitHub, CI/CD, Power Platform, Agile delivery, and enterprise integration patterns.

Pay

For California, the pay range is $177,782.00 - $227,165.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program.
