Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Brand Strategy
About the Role
The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Brand Strategy will develop and execute integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, support business growth, and deliver a consistent customer experience across digital, experiential, and traditional channels. This role will lead key marketing initiatives while partnering across the business to ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives. This hybrid position will report to the G-P Center.

Responsibilities
- Digital & Web: Translate segment priorities into demand programs; own website UX, SEO, analytics, and optimization.
- Content & Storytelling: Own annual/quarterly content strategy and the “Why GP” narrative; produce thought leadership and sales enablement assets.
- Social: Run GP Packaging social strategy, publishing calendar, campaigns, and quarterly performance tied to segment goals.
- Events & Activations: Standardize trade-show playbooks, manage logistics, measure leads/opportunities, and hand off to Sales.
- Print & Collateral: Direct brochures, presentations, signage; manage vendors and brand consistency.
- Brand & Analytics: Enforce brand standards, track KPIs, use market/customer data to optimize spend, and align with Sales and Commercial Ops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience within the packaging, manufacturing, B2B, industrial, or related industries.
- Experience supporting commercial organizations with account-based marketing, demand generation, or customer acquisition strategies.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree.
