Lead the end-to-end company-owned store revenue processes including sales audit and sales settlement for in-stores sales and third party delivery sales to meet the close and reporting deadlines (subledger and ledger), including the review of account reconciliations and analyses.
Oversee the end-to-end company-owned store accounting month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L review and support of financial results communicated to the operations teams.
Partner with operations, FP&A, treasury, IT, and corporate accounting teams.
Career development and management of a high-performing team where inclusion and diversity are leveraged for innovation and continuous improvement. Develop a culture of collaboration, training, and success in the revenue organization.
Provide business partnering and decision support on complex/unique/new business activities.
Integrate acquisition processes and personnel into centralized teams, processes, and systems.
Develop and maintain relationships with key franchisees and provide support as required.
Provide detailed analysis to support FP&A, senior management, and the business.
Partner with the Finance leadership with ad hoc projects and analysis as required.

4-Year degree in Accounting or related field.
Certified Public Accountant.
10-15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
4-7 years of progressive public company experience and experience leading large teams.

Ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate team activities, meet the deadlines, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Self-sufficient, dependable, and strong ability to multi-task and shift priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand and apply US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word in a Windows environment.
