Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global SOC team that includes analysts and an architect
- Own incident response, including coordination of situation rooms and subject matter experts
- Manage threat detection workflows aligned with frameworks such as the cyber kill chain or MITRE ATT&CK
- Continuously improve alert mapping, response processes, and security tooling
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to reduce risk and strengthen security posture
- Contribute to strategic planning and the evolution of the security roadmap
- Ensure consistent, high-quality operations across a 24/7/365 global SOC environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 7 years of Information Security experience or 10 years industry experience working in security
- 3+ years of leadership experience, which can be a combination of people and or program leadership
- One or more industry security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC)
- Hands-on experience with Devo or similar SIEM platforms
- Experience with EDR tools such as CrowdStrike and Carbon Black
- Strong background in incident response and threat detection
- Familiarity with cyber kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK
- Excellent leadership and communication skills in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- An equivalent combination of education and experience performing the duties of this position may be considered
Skills
- Experience in global, enterprise, or high-velocity environments
- Previous experience in a tech company SOC environment
- Experience working in a follow-the-sun model or leading globally distributed teams

Pay
$135,600.00 - $223,600.00

- Travel Requirement: This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year).
