All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. "BDO USA, P.A. is an EO employer M/F/Veteran/Disability" We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe from Job Summary? The initial paragraph describing role. Could be "About the role". We'll include that. - Responsibilities: from Job Duties (Client Service Delivery, Relationship Management, etc.) - Requirements: maybe from Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Education, Experience, License/Certification, Software, Language, Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities). Could be separate sections: Qualifications, Skills. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections that have real specific content. Avoid filler. We have content for: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: maybe combine Education, Experience, License/Certification, Software, Language, Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities. Could be "Requirements". We'll include. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements. But we can separate: Qualifications (education, experience, certifications) and Skills (software, language, communication, travel). However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into Requirements and Skills. But we have headings list includes both Qualifications and Skills. We could include both if they have distinct content. Let's extract: Qualifications (education, experience, license/certification): Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPA preferred; 12+ years experience in nonprofit or government required; 12+ years demonstrated experience in financial management/operational capacity preferred; experience with accounting systems and nonprofit accounting principles preferred; prior supervisory/management experience preferred; CPA preferred. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required; Language(s) N/A (skip); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, required. Also "Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities" includes strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to travel up to 10% required. Thus Skills section can include: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) required; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to travel up to 10% of the time required. Pay: we have salary ranges: National Range: $80.00/hr - $150.00/hr; NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $80.00/hr - $150.00/hr. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule: "This role will have a sporadic and fluctuating work schedule." Also "Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, required." Travel is not schedule but we can include schedule: sporadic and fluctuating work schedule. Benefits: from About Us: ESOP, Total Rewards benefits, etc. So we can include Benefits section describing ESOP, Total Rewards, etc. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Remove those lines. Also remove "Learn more about our benefits: BDO Total Rewards encompass more than traditional benefits. Click here to find out more !" That's maybe boilerplate but it's about benefits; we can keep the description of benefits but remove the "Click here" link. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Learn more about our benefits: BDO Total Rewards encompass more than traditional benefits. Click here to find out more !" is maybe a link; we can keep the sentence "Learn more about our benefits: BDO Total Rewards encompass more than traditional benefits." but remove "Click here to find out more !" as it's likely a link. We'll keep the descriptive part. Also "Benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements." That's substantive about benefits, keep. Now produce HTML fragment with headings

and content in

or

  • for lists. We need to decide which content is list vs prose. Responsibilities: we have bullet-like items: Client Service Delivery (multiple sub-items), Relationship Management (multiple). Could format as
    • each major duty, with sub-items maybe as nested
or just separate sentences. Simpler: each duty as
      • with sentences. Requirements: could be list of items: Education, Experience, License/Certification, etc. Qualifications: maybe similar to Requirements; but to avoid duplication we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings list includes both; we could decide to include only Requirements and Skills, and skip Qualifications if redundant. However we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should not create many thin sections. So maybe we combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called "Qualifications and Skills". But headings list includes Qualifications and Skills separate; but we can still include both if they have content. However to avoid thin sections, we could make Qualifications (education, experience, license/cert) and Skills (software, communication, travel). Both are substantive enough. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "N/A". We'll skip Language(s) N/A. Now craft content. About the role: combine the initial paragraphs: "BDO is a place for energetic self-starters who can think and act like entrepreneurs. As a Senior Manager in the BDO Industry Specialty Services practice, you will provide professional services that are sensitive to the needs and values of both nonprofit organizations and funders that support them. This is a unique opportunity for a mission-oriented entrepreneurial nonprofit professional who wants to leverage their nonprofit expertise to work with clients both locally and virtually. We partner with our nonprofit and philanthropic clients to help them attain operational excellence, ensure financial sustainability, and effectively achieve their desired impact. Our collaborative approach includes client input and involvement at each stage of an engagement." Also mention "This role will have a sporadic and fluctuating work schedule." That could go to Schedule section, but we could also keep in About the role. However schedule is separate; we can mention schedule in Schedule section. Let's keep About the role without schedule. Responsibilities: list: - Supports organizations in organizational transition in financial management or operations and making sound financial and operational decisions. - Provides senior level financial management or operations services, which may include month end reviews, audit management, budget development, financial planning, financial system implementation, and operations team support. - Supports client leadership teams in making strategic decisions including presenting analysis and findings and effectively communicating complicated information to a variety of audiences. - Assists in complying with new nonprofit financial reporting and disclosure standards. - Conducts fiscal infrastructure assessments and
