About the role
The Senior Manager of Human Resources and People Operations is responsible for translating ESP’s organizational values into a best-in-class staff experience, playing a central role in ESP’s people operations, creating a positive experience throughout the employee life cycle. Reporting to the Vice President of People, Finance, and Operations, this role includes building diverse talent pipelines and running a rigorous hiring process, managing HR systems and compliance, advancing our diversity and inclusion commitments, and supporting staff development and engagement throughout their time at ESP.
Responsibilities
- Translate ESP’s organizational values into a best-in-class staff experience
- Play a central role in ESP’s people operations
- Create a positive experience throughout the employee life cycle
- Reporting to the Vice President of People, Finance, and Operations
- Build diverse talent pipelines and run a rigorous hiring process
- Manage HR systems and compliance
- Advance ESP’s diversity and inclusion commitments
- Support staff development and engagement throughout their time at ESP
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management
- Experience in managing diverse talent pipelines and hiring processes
- Strong understanding of HR systems and compliance
- Experience in advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in a similar role within a non-profit organization preferred
Skills
- Strong HR systems and compliance knowledge

Pay
The salary range for this position is $95,000 – $110,000, depending on experience and location.
