Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on expert across Workday modules (Core HCM, Talent, Comp, Integrations)
- Lead end-to-end design and configuration, balancing scalability, usability, and compliance
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, COEs, IT, Finance, and business leaders
- Proactively influence priorities and decisions within the HR Tech Team
- Own and evolve demand intake, prioritization, and decision frameworks
- Lead complex Workday initiatives from design through deployment
- Leverage data to support decision-making and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and 15+ years HRIS/HR technology experience or Master's Degree with at least 12 years of experience
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Workday configuration and system integrations
- Demonstrated success in project management
- Experience designing complex, cross-module Workday solutions
- Strong understanding of integrations, security, business processes, and data structures
- Proven ability to operate in global, matrixed environments
