Senior Manager, HR Business Partner - Manufacturing
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We have content: Intro about company and role description: could be "About the role" or maybe "Overview". We'll use "About the role". Then responsibilities: list of duties. Then qualifications: education, experience, competencies. Then benefits: list of benefits. No pay or schedule specifics given, so omit those sections.
We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO statement at end? The posting includes EEO statement at very end: "Shiseido is an Equal Opportunity Employer...". That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also remove navigation/cookie etc none.
We need to format duties as - . Qualifications as list maybe. Benefits as list.
We must not include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present.

Now intro/about the role: we need a paragraph summarizing the role description before duties. The posting includes a paragraph: "The Senior Manager, HRBP serves as both a strategic partner to Plant Management and an employee advocate, aligning people strategies with business priorities while providing guidance and support across HR-related matters. This role partners closely with Manufacturing Plant leadership to understand operational needs, workforce priorities, and organizational opportunities, translating those insights into practical HR solutions that support business performance, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness. The Senior Manager manages one direct report and is responsible for administering and enabling human resources programs and initiatives across assigned business groups, including employee relations, organizational development, recruitment administration, leave management, talent development, engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. The role also collaborates with HR business partners across the organization to ensure a consistent, cohesive approach to people strategies, workforce initiatives, and employee experience. As part of the HR Team, the Senior Manager works closely with the Executive Director, HR Pillars (People Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development), Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners to support a people-first culture that reinforces One Shiseido, business goals, and enterprise-wide employee engagement priorities."
We'll put that in a
under About the role.
Also there is an introductory paragraph about company: "Your Dreams, Our Future. Join the dynamic and diverse team at Shiseido Americas..." That's more about company; could be part of About the role or maybe separate "About the company". But we only have headings list; we could include "About the role" and maybe "About the company" not in list. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should not add extra headings. So we can incorporate company overview into About the role paragraph or maybe a preceding
without heading? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings only. We can have a leading
without heading for company intro? It says "Output ONLY the HTML fragment". It didn't say we cannot have stray paragraphs without heading. But better to include them under About the role heading.
Thus About the role section will contain both company overview and role description.
Let's craft:
