Senior Manager, HCP Program Operations (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for seamless execution
• Provide operational support for Promotional Speaker Program initiatives
• Lead logistics vendor management and performance evaluation
• Cook up solutions for open issues and direct teams
• Conduct weekly core team meetings to align efforts
• Evaluate enhancements to systems in response to business needs
• Streamline submission processes and training for compliance

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 7+ years experience in pharmaceuticals
• Proven vendor and IT project management skills
• Expertise in Promotional Speaker Programs
• Strong business analysis and communication skills
• Experience with sales force automation systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of Pharma Compliance and Code
