About the role
The Senior Manager, Grants and Donor Engagement will lead the strategic development and execution of grant proposals and donor engagement initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of philanthropic strategies and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage grant proposals that align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Engage with donors to foster long-term relationships and secure funding commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between fundraising efforts and overall organizational strategy.
- Monitor and report on grantee performance and donor satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on trends in philanthropy and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, public policy, or related).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in grants management or related field.
- Proven track record of successful grant writing and donor engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
