About the role

The Senior Manager, Grants and Donor Engagement will lead the strategic development and execution of grant proposals and donor engagement initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of philanthropic strategies and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage grant proposals that align with organizational goals and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, public policy, or related).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in grants management or related field.
• Proven track record of successful grant writing and donor engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
