Senior Manager, Global Pricing Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Pricing Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape the global pricing analytics foundation that supports smarter commercial decisions across the business. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Finance, Pricing, Data Science, and digital technology teams to strengthen data governance, reporting, and performance visibility. By translating complex pricing information into actionable insights, this leader will help improve price realization, margin performance, and accountability at scale. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Lead development of the global pricing data foundation across key business areas Collaborate with digital technology and stakeholders to enhance pricing data and reporting Define data standards and governance practices for consistent reporting Develop pricing performance metrics with Finance and Pricing teams Create pricing scorecards and dashboards to drive accountability Partner with the Data Science team to create differentiated pricing strategies Convert complex pricing data into actionable insights for business leaders Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, or similar roles 3+ years developing analytical models and decision-support systems Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Data Science Strong background in price realization measurement and margin analytics Experience with CRM, CPQ, ERP systems and harmonized commercial data models Benefits Enhanced pricing capabilities and data-driven decision-making Opportunities for professional development and career growth Participation in building impactful pricing strategies globally Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
