Senior Manager, Global Planning Operations
About the role
This role combines planning operations, performance management, executive communications, business analysis, and project leadership. It does not have direct reports and leads through influence and cross-functional collaboration across all 6 global clusters at Levi's.
Responsibilities
Own and maintain the global MPIM Concept-to-Consumer planning calendar.
Partner with global and regional teams to align planning milestones and deliverables.
Monitor KPIs and business performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
Support strategic planning processes through business analysis and scenario planning.
Develop presentations and materials for senior leadership reviews, S&OP meetings, and strategic discussions.
Translate complex data and business challenges into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
Create consistent, executive-level storytelling and reporting across global teams.
Lead key planning milestones, including forecasting, investment reviews, volume alignment, and buy reviews.
Consolidate regional inputs into a cohesive global perspective.
Establish and monitor global inventory and performance targets.
Support monthly S&OP activities by coordinating inputs, highlighting risks, and tracking follow-up actions.
Drive process improvements that simplify planning activities and improve consistency across teams.
Partner across planning, inventory management, systems, and operations teams to improve ways of working.
Requirements
Education: Master degree in Business Management
Experience: 8+ years of experience in planning, strategy, business operations, consulting, retail, supply chain, or related business functions
Experience in retail, apparel, consumer products, or complex global organizations
Strong analytical and financial skills
Ability to synthesize data and translate insights into business recommendations
Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and navigate evolving business needs
Qualifications
Ability to work in a hybrid work schedule based in San Francisco, CA headquarters
Expected to be in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday

Pay
The expected starting salary range for this role is $135,200 - $198,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
Schedule
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
