Responsibilities
- Own the global payroll operating model involving employees, contractors, and various service providers
- Manage and develop a small team while ensuring high operational standards
- Lead employee equity administration in Shareworks, including grant processing and reconciliations
- Implement automation to reduce manual data transfers and minimize exceptions
- Collaborate with HR Technology, IT, and Finance for payroll platform improvements
- Enhance compliance protocols and payroll controls to mitigate risks
- Establish processing calendars and metrics to assess accuracy and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations, including EOR, PEO, and local provider frameworks
- Familiarity with equity platforms like Shareworks and managing equity grant lifecycles
- Track record of designing HRIS integrations and optimizing workflows to reduce manual processes
- Deep knowledge of payroll controls, financial compliance, and audit readiness
- Experience managing a remote operational team while acting as a technical expert
- Analytical mindset to turn operational data into actionable decisions
