About the role

The role will lead the successful development and execution of integrated media strategies that drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, loyalty engagement and revenue growth across Hyatt's portfolio of brands. The role leads media planning efforts across the Hyatt enterprise, overseeing orchestration of work across campaigns as driving strategic media plans for each campaign, ensuring media effectively reaches the right audience and delivers strong ROI. This role will partner closely with peers in Hyatt’s global and regional offices to enable consistent strategies across regions as well as with brands to ensure campaigns deliver on goals and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated media strategies that support brands, loyalty B2B and partnerships
  • Develop integrated audience strategies targeting prospective guests, loyalty members, leisure travelers, and high-value customer segments
  • Recommend channel mix and budget allocation across paid search, paid social, programmatic, online video, audio, display, connected TV and emerging channels
  • Partner with media agencies and platform partners to execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, bookings, and loyalty engagement
  • Support development of reporting and presentations that communicate media effectiveness, business impact, and optimization recommendations
  • Manage media budgets across campaigns and monitor spend pacing, forecasting, and financial reconciliation processes

Requirements

Experience Required: 8+ years of experience in media planning and activation, proven experience in managing multi-channel paid campaigns, understanding of media analytics and performance metrics, experience with media buying tools and platforms (e.g. DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing or related field, media agency experience preferred, understanding of eCom and/or travel category preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $98,600 - $128,000. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
