This role works across Global Marketing, regional teams, Sales, IT, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and external partners to strengthen Evident’s marketing technology ecosystem and the processes that support the customer and lead lifecycle. The Senior Manager, Global Marketing Technology & Operations ensures that marketers have the technology, integrations, governance, workflows, and operational support needed to execute effectively and consistently.

Reports to Executive Director, Global Performance Marketing, Operations & Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Technology Strategy and Optimization
    • Support the global marketing technology roadmap and align platform priorities with marketing and business needs, providing specific project support where necessary.
    • Improve the performance, adoption, and value of Evident’s marketing platforms, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, websites, forms, content systems, and related integrations.
    • Translate business requirements into practical technology and process improvements.
    • Partner with IT, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and supportable.
  • Lead Management and Demand Enablement
    • Play an active role in the improvement of lead capture, data quality, segmentation, routing, nurturing, attribution, and lifecycle processes.
  • Digital Marketing Operations and Governance
    • Establish clear processes, standards, documentation, and ownership for global marketing platforms.
    • Simplify workflows and reduce manual work, duplication, and process fragmentation.
    • Coordinate platform enhancements, testing, releases, user access, documentation, and adoption.
    • Maintain visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, issues, and key decisions.
    • Support the transition from legacy or disconnected tools toward scalable global capabilities.
  • Website, Forms, and Content Enablement
    • Improve the systems and workflows supporting EvidentScientific.com and related digital experiences.
    • Support global forms, inquiry capture, consent management, source attribution, and Salesforce integration.
    • Improve content creation, approval, localization, publishing, and digital asset processes.
    • Resolve technology and process barriers that affect speed, consistency, customer experience, or lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership and Continuous Improvement
    • Lead cross-functional problem-solving for complex platform, integration, and operational issues.
    • Communicate priorities, decisions, changes, and impacts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Support training, adoption, and change management for new or improved capabilities.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify work, improve user experience, and increase the value of existing technology.
    • Evaluate practical uses of automation and AI to improve marketing operations and productivity.
  • Performance and Reporting
    • Help ensure platforms and processes provide reliable information needed to understand marketing and lead performance.
    • Support consistent definitions, source attribution, required fields, and reporting practices.
    • Use platform adoption, operational metrics, user feedback, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Approximately 10-12 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, marketing automation, web operations, or a related discipline.
    • Experience working in a global, matrixed B2B organization is preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience improving marketing platforms, integrations, workflows, governance, or lead-management processes.
    • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, lead management, websites, forms, content platforms, customer data, and related integrations.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe platforms, or comparable technologies is preferred.
    • Must be able to operate in platforms and have technical experience with key products in use.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Ability to work across global teams, vendors, systems, and competing priorities.
    • Experience supporting technology adoption, process change, and user training.
    • Familiarity with privacy, consent, governance, automation, and AI-enabled marketing operations is preferred.
