Senior Manager, Global In-House Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Identify key analyses needed for a specific consulting project module.
• Build a plan for tackling those analyses, gather relevant data from stakeholders, and execute the analyses.
• Summarize findings in easily digestible and compelling presentations.
• Oversee the formulation of hypotheses and execute complex analyses related to Mars, competitors, and the snacking industry.
• Present findings and conclusions to leadership and relevant Mars stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business or related field is required.
• MBA/MS is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience in either global corporate strategy or strategy consulting at a top tier firm (with preference for CPG industry experience).
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to break problems into logical sub-components, build a framework for analysis, collect and structure large amounts of data, and conduct thoughtful analyses to arrive at business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings through focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect, with peers, team members, and executives.
• Track record of success in effectively owning and driving complex projects involving frequent interaction with senior executives.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Pay

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between USD 134,400.00 - USD 184,800.00.
