Senior Manager, Global Digital & Technology Systems, Veeva Administrator

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Digital & Technology Systems, Veeva Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the operation and lifecycle management of critical digital and technology systems that support regulated clinical and regulatory activities. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system reliability, compliance, and effective support across the organization. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on system governance, incident resolution, and operational excellence in a regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $136,900 – $181,900 annually Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and lifecycle management of enterprise digital platforms supporting clinical and regulatory functions Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for platform support Ensure compliance and security of assigned systems Manage budget inputs and vendor performance Lead incident management and problem resolution during outages Qualifications 7+ years in digital technology or related fields, preferably in pharma or biotech 4+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional projects Proven experience with clinical and regulatory platforms Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer systems validation Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company contributions Flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA) Life insurance and wellness programs Paid time off and employee stock purchase plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
