Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage and mentor a team of account managers
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or similar role
- Proven track record of increasing client satisfaction and revenue
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
