About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or similar role
  • Proven track record of increasing client satisfaction and revenue
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
