Senior Manager, Footwear

For our client, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Footwear to lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. This role partners with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality, creating scalable operational improvements in a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy focusing on multi-sourcing for Footwear and Accessories
• Identify and onboard supplier partners, coaching on the company’s M2C model
• Train suppliers on operational efficiency and technical capabilities of the company OS
• Collaborate with Merchants and Product Development for new style introductions
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing lead times
• Conduct periodic Business Reviews to analyze supplier performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing for footwear/accessories or Supplier Management with U.S. retailers
• Established partnerships with factories in the Americas and relevant regions
• Proven track record in product development and cost engineering
• Experience with lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented execution
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually
