About the role
The Senior Manager, FP&A role is expected to lead a team within a high‑performing organization, working collaboratively with business and finance leaders to drive profitable growth across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. This role requires preparing and reviewing complex financial systems and processes to provide comprehensive, in‑depth analysis that drives improvement and streamlines results. The Senior Manager is directly responsible for evaluating all elements of the forecasting process that support the business, while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and initiative in leading finance professionals and working cross‑functionally to align data and action with Veristat’s growth. The incumbent will establish themselves as a “collaborative copilot/advisor” within business and finance leadership by supporting and coordinating the financial management reporting process, driving applicable transformation, and accelerating margin improvement. They must balance the financial needs of business leadership with the financial and fiduciary needs of Veristat, translating efficiencies, growth, and profitability drivers into operational actions that guide business partners toward attaining operational KPIs that positively impact international top‑line growth, efficiency, and margin performance. The role also requires correlating operational outcomes into financial impact.
