- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for PE sponsors, IB deal teams, and management teams, translating diligence findings into deal implications and negotiating positions.
- Review and quality-control the work of analysts, enforcing methodology standards and delivery timelines across engagements.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, including structured feedback, technical training, and engagement staffing decisions.
- Support practice growth through proposal development, scoping calls, referral relationship management, and identification of cross-sell opportunities across advisory service lines.
Requirements

- 5+ years of historical Healthcare FDD experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare transaction experience across physician practice management, dental, behavioral health, home health, specialty pharmacy, and other subindustries

- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks relevant to diligence (Stark, AKS, CPOM)
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams
- MBA or Master's in Accounting
