About the role
You will be at the center of transforming how finance enables growth. You will serve as a strategic partner to GTM and cross-functional leaders, driving revenue acceleration, guiding critical decisions, and helping steer the business through its next phase of AI-powered transformation.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth Engine – Lead GTM channel strategy, including structure, quotas, and incentives that directly fuel performance and growth.
- Strategic Business Leadership – Shape and execute growth strategies, including renewal optimization, to expand market impact and profitability.
- Insight to Action – Deliver high-impact analytics that move beyond reporting—translating data into actionable insights that influence decisions.
- Operational Excellence – Partner with sales and finance leaders to bring strategy to life through rigorous planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Trusted Advisor to Leadership – Influence senior stakeholders with clear, compelling narratives and data-driven recommendations.
- Deep Business Expertise – Develop a strong command of the key drivers of sales and revenue to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst – Build strong partnerships across teams to align priorities, unlock value, and accelerate outcomes.
- Team Leadership & Development – Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with a track record of impact.
- Proven experience supporting high-performing sales and retention organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data prioritization skills.
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.

$100,100 USD - $185,900 USD
Schedule
Flexible work model with options to work from home up to 8 weeks per year.
