Senior Manager, Finance

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Finance for Fidelity Digital Assets® will be heavily involved in building the foundation of the regulatory reporting capabilities and will drive new projects that add value to the business. Responsibilities include staying current with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing new product design requirements, creating data analytics and reporting for submissions, and partnering across the business to address new regulatory needs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of financial planning, accounting, or program management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large, complex programs.
• Intellectual curiosity and familiarity with digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Finance and business partners at all organizational levels.
• Strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to work with business partners to deliver outcomes.
• Experience in timely and successful delivery of regulatory submissions.
• Ability to lead decision-making, resolve issues, manage risks, and build consensus among team members and dependent teams.

The Team

This role sits within the Fidelity Digital Assets® Brokerage Finance organization, which supports the financial stewardship, scalability, and regulatory soundness of Fidelity’s digital asset platform and products. Fidelity Digital Assets® is a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments dedicated to building products and services for institutional and retail investors to access digital asset markets. Since 2014, Fidelity has developed deep technical and operational expertise in blockchain and digital assets through hands-on experimentation and innovation. The team continues to build the future of finance by delivering secure, scalable, institutionally-focused solutions grounded in Fidelity’s commitment to trust, innovation, and long-term value.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
