Senior Manager, Field Medical, MD

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement with customers
• Deliver accurate and balanced medical information to HCPs
• Identify gaps between evidence-based standards and real-world practice
• Serve as a conduit for medical information and insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on medical priorities
• Support patient-focused discussions on unmet needs
• Represent the company Medical Affairs professionally with external parties

Qualifications

• MD degree required
• 0+ years of relevant experience in clinical practice or medical affairs
• Experience engaging HCPs in scientific exchange
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based role
• Proficiency in digital tools for medical engagement
