About the role
The position oversees the day-to-day operations, supervises, hires, disciplines, and makes managerial decisions over Facilities plant operators, Maintenance technicians, and Lead Facilities Maintenance Rep.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Electrical Systems for the main campus building and satellite clinics
- Manage Nurse Call, Fire Alarm, and Pneumatic Tube Systems
- Cook up coordination of material deliveries and contractor functions for accurate and timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects
Requirements
- Applicable Experience: 3-5 years
- Cert Healthcare Facilities Manager - American Association of Healthcare Engineering
