Senior Manager, Fabrication & Rebar Operations
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Fabrication & Rebar Operations to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will oversee nationwide fabrication operations with a focus on production performance, budget execution, quality, and operational consistency. The role will partner closely with regional managers and site teams to strengthen processes, improve inventory control, and ensure safe, compliant operations across multiple locations. It is well suited for an experienced operations leader who can translate industry knowledge and financial insight into better throughput, stronger standards, and disciplined execution. The position also carries responsibility for developing and coaching regional managers while helping drive continuous improvement across the fabrication network.
Responsibilities
- Manage nationwide fabrication operations, focusing on production and budgetary goals
- Develop and oversee fabrication production and quality standards
- Apply industry knowledge to enhance fabrication processes
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all locations
- Manage inventory levels throughout the production process
- Hire, train, and develop staff of regional fabrication managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fabrication or construction
- Certification may be required; an advanced degree can compensate for less experience
- Strong understanding of industry and competitive trends
- Ability to analyze and apply financial performance indicators

Compensation: $131,600 – $217,200 annually
