This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Shape world-class keynote and mainstage experiences through storytelling and live event production
  • Lead the end-to-end content experience for flagship events like FUSION Las Vegas
  • Manage speaker selection, content reviews, and rehearsals to ensure polished presentations
  • Transform strategic narratives into engaging keynote storylines and agendas
  • Oversee content operations, including timelines and rehearsal coordination
  • Collaborate with production teams to deliver seamless event experiences
  • Implement a scalable 'event-in-a-box' model for consistent global execution
  • Develop reusable event assets with Product Marketing to enhance global portfolio

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience producing large-scale B2B tech conferences or corporate events
  • Experience leading executive keynote programming and conference content
  • Strong live event production experience, including rehearsals and on-stage execution
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Familiarity with event management tools such as Bizzabo
  • Excellent communication and executive presence

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
