Senior Manager, ERP Services Delivery - Sage Intacct

What You Will Do
- Client Engagement & Delivery Lead Sage Intacct implementation engagements from discovery through deployment, with accountability for delivery quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Analyze client goals, business processes, and operational needs to design implementation strategies that align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Own project execution by developing and managing project plans, milestones, resource needs, risks, and deliverables from kickoff through go live.
- Provide leadership in client meetings by setting direction, facilitating decisions, addressing issues proactively, and keeping work moving forward.
- Deliver business process consulting and best-practice guidance to help clients improve operations and maximize the value of Sage Intacct.
- Configure Sage Intacct solutions to meet client requirements while balancing scalability, usability, and long-term business needs.
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
- Apply implementation standards, tools, and documentation to drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across engagements.
- Support existing clients as needed by addressing issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and reinforcing long-term partnership value.
- Collaborate effectively across the Sage Intacct practice to support shared delivery goals, practice growth, and strong client outcomes.
- Manage multiple client, project, and team priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and execution discipline.
- Travel up to 30% as needed to support client engagements and team collaboration.
Team Leadership & Practice Contribution
- Serve as a leader within the practice by modeling accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and a high standard of client service.
- Coach, mentor, and develop consultants through regular guidance, constructive feedback, and support for skill and career growth.
- Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution, remaining actively involved in client delivery while helping others succeed.
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, make informed decisions, and maintain forward momentum across projects and team initiatives.
- Partner with project managers and practice leadership on resource planning and staffing decisions that support balanced workloads and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, methodologies, and best practices that improve consistency and efficiency.
- Support team engagement and capability growth by encouraging collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared problem-solving.
- Recognize and elevate opportunities to expand client relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with client needs.
- Support sales by building relationships internally and externally and providing expertise and executive presence during the sales cycle.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and drive results through strong follow-through, ownership, and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of functional experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, FinancialForce, or other cloud-based accounting or ERP applications.
- Five or more years of consulting, implementation, or solution delivery experience in a client-facing environment.
- Proven experience leading ERP or software implementation projects with accountability for scope, timeline, and client outcomes.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing consultants, project team members, or other professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and drive work to completion.
- Track record of building trusted client relationships while delivering measurable business results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, Management Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience presenting to and influencing client leadership throughout the sales, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Experience leading, managing, or mentoring consulting teams in a professional services environment.
- CPA license.
- Sage Intacct certifications.

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Positions that are non-exempt will be eligible for overtime pay compensable at a rate of one and a half times the hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.
