About The Opportunity

The Senior Manager Enterprise Portfolio & Strategy Execution leads a cross-functional enablement team that helps the Chief Customer Organization move priorities forward with greater clarity, speed, and discipline. The role provides shared capabilities across Marketing, Customer Experience, Experience Optimization, and other CCO functions without taking outcome ownership away from the leaders accountable for those areas.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and facilitate recurring intake, prioritization, planning, and review cycles. Provide leaders with clear views of demand, value, dependencies, readiness, risk, and capacity.
  • Overseeing change-impact assessment, communications, training, launch readiness, adoption support, knowledge-base development, and lessons learned.
  • Establishing practical approaches for business acceptance, QA partnership, decision records, documentation, and reusable playbooks.
  • Maintaining coordinated visibility to CCO vendors, contracts, renewals, statements of work, commitments, utilization, and budgets. Supporting vendor reviews, financial planning, business cases, and renewal decisions while functional leaders retain vendor strategy, commercial approval, and outcome accountability.
  • Ensuring approved work has the right business, Technology, Engineering, Data, UX, QA, vendor, and operational support. Partner with technical leaders to secure and align resources through pod, Agile, sprint, quarterly-planning, and capacity processes.
  • Resolving cross-functional gaps, clarify ownership, and escalate decisions that threaten outcomes.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a team of enablement practitioners. Set clear expectations, allocate work across functions, review quality, strengthen analytical and change capabilities, and build a culture focused on practical problem solving, service, speed, and measurable impact.
