Senior Manager, Enterprise Patient Engagement Operations
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Patient Engagement Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead enterprise-wide patient engagement operations, strengthening the processes and capabilities that support meaningful patient-centered work across the organization. The position partners closely with internal functions, external patient organizations, and research stakeholders to ensure engagement activities are coordinated, efficient, and aligned to compliance expectations. It is well suited for a collaborative leader who can translate patient perspectives into operational excellence and support cross-functional execution in a highly regulated environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Drive patient engagement excellence through improved capabilities and processes
- Coordinate patient engagement activities across internal functions
- Serve as liaison to R&D and external partners for effective engagement execution
- Facilitate efficient execution of engagement activities with operations teams
- Oversee daily patient engagement operations, including project management
- Support storytelling initiatives that elevate patient perspectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Doctorate with 2 years of experience in patient engagement, advocacy, or healthcare policy, or Master's with 4 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years of experience in relevant fields
- High school diploma with 12 years of experience in patient engagement or advocacy
- 7+ years of experience in patient engagement, healthcare operations, or public affairs preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including patient organizations

Pay
$145,830 – $197,299 annually
