Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture
About the role
This position is a key business interfacing role, responsible for evaluating, designing, building, supporting, and enhancing software applications that power ELC's Order and Inventory Management operations. They work with multiple Business and IT stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, and create and adopt technology solutions that are aligned with corporate strategy. They collaborate with technical teams to prototype, build, test and deliver the solutions. They lead teams through process conformance and compliance as appropriate (e.g. SOX).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, build, support, and enhance software applications that power ELC's Order and Inventory Management operations.
- Work with multiple Business and IT stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, and create and adopt technology solutions that are aligned with corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prototype, build, test and deliver the solutions.
- Lead teams through process conformance and compliance as appropriate (e.g. SOX).
- Research and implement technology best practices for software quality, security and usability.
- Provide thought leadership, management, and oversight of applications for ELC.

- Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience and demonstrated success leading and delivering transformation programs enabled by technology.
- Implementation experience in core Order and Inventory Management systems (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4).
- Strong functional knowledge of ERP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP).
- Expertise in application design/architecture, integration architecture development, enterprise application integration, and integration technologies solutions and standards.
- Experience working with, and learning, a variety of technologies including web and mobile.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited universities with strong academic records.

Pay
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $119,300.00 to $196,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
