Senior Manager, Engineering - AI Developer Tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, offering guidance and performance feedback
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and prioritize project roadmaps
• Manage cross-organization dependencies to deliver efficient developer experiences
• Enhance engineering efficiency via automation, internal tools, and guidelines
• Ensure all products comply with security and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in AI or developer tools
• 4+ years in engineering leadership or management role
• Proficient in Agile development or iterative processes
• Strong coding skills, especially in Go, Python, and JavaScript
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with various teams
