Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, safety, medical surveillance and sustainability laws, regulations, codes, rules, and consensus guides.
• Manage PSM elements as defined by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 for the Cogeneration Plant (COGEN)
• Support key PSM documentation, including PSI, P&IDs, equipment specifications, relief device records, and chemical inventories.
• Support Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and HAZOP studies, ensuring timely resolution of all action items
• Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process, change requests and impact assessments for all modifications to COGEN plant processes, equipment, and procedures
• Oversee Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) for new and modified equipment
• Develop and implement new EHS programs, policies, and procedures and update and improve existing ones.
